These photos are to show a quick overview of our Mobile Paint Days. We ran this from March 2021 to September 2022. Our ads ran for about 18 months and we spent a total of $3160 on Paint specific ads. This is a total of $175 a month. Obviously we benefited from our regular ad spend for PDR but even if we took 30% of our PDR ad spend and add it to the Paint ad spend, we get a round number of $12k. I am doing this for perspective so you can understand that about $1k a month should emulate this strategy again. Over the 18 months we paid our technicians $71,743. Since they are at a 50% take home rate, DV's paint team produced $143,486 in paint sales. @5500 clicks on our ads, we received 281 leads in our CRM: 5% click through rate. From the 281 leads we closed 66 for a closing rate of 24%. This doesn't include the weekly and bi weekly accounts we serviced at the time, or cash deals..
